We all know Lady Gaga can sing, but can she cook?  The Grammy successful  singer’s mother and father, Joe and Cynthia Germanotta, will open up the  doorways to their new, family members-style Italian restaurant in Manhattan’s  Upper West Side tonight.
“Joanne’s Trattoria” is called immediately after Gaga’s aunt, her father’s  late  sister, whom the singer credits with inspiring her to become an artist.   Joanne, a poet and painter, died of Lupus at the age of 19.
Showcasing family recipes from Woman Gaga, her grandmother and her father,  the restaurant’s menu has been developed by chef Artwork Smith.  Chef Smith was  formerly the chef for Bob Graham and Jeb Bush prior to operating for Oprah  Winfrey in 2007.  In addition to the Italian inspired recipes from Woman Gaga’s  family, the Germanottas, Smith’s southern upbringing will also affect the authentic jerseys wholesale nfl  menu.
Dishes like Timber Fired Focaccia, Zucchini Fritters, Tomato Fennel Soup,  Chopped Antipasti Salad, Papa Joe’s Chicken, Grandma Ronnie’s Meatballs and 6  Layer Lasagna will be on the menu.  Entree rates will range from $25 to  $thirty.
